Craig Whitmore

Assistant Professor of Education

I moved from central California to western New York after 25 years of teaching public secondary education. Over the past four years, I have been blessed to share my enjoyment of teaching with both undergraduate and graduate students in the Houghton Education program. Most recently, I have helped develop Houghton鈥檚 new graduate Master of Arts in Teaching program. I have been a follower of Christ since childhood and have always wanted to teach in a Christian setting, where I can openly impact students鈥 spiritual life as well as their cognitive and practical knowledge of teaching. The programs at 黑料社 have deeply impressed me with their commitment to Biblical foundations (love God, love people) and to practical excellence in the art of teaching.
